Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 working days. Most orders are shipped the next day if placed before our daily cut-off time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Regions
Currently, we only ship within the United States & Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $200: $10 flat rate shipping
- Orders over $200: Free shippping
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes are included in your order total at checkout.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will compensate or replace products that are confirmed lost.
All Sales Are Final
All products sold by PeptiNova are intended strictly for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the sensitive nature of our research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they meet the exception criteria listed below.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
- You receive an item different from what you ordered.
Reporting Requirements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- You must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to damage or error:
- PeptiNova will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting us at support@peptinovaco.com for a refund. Once an order has been placed and your item(s) have been shipped, there will be no refunds issued.
