Introduction
These Affiliate Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the PeptiNova referral and affiliate program (the “Program”) operated through www.peptinovaco.com (the “Website”). By registering an account on the Website, checking the agreement box on the affiliate registration form, or promoting PeptiNova in any way, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register an account or participate in the Program.
Eligibility and Approval
All registered users of the Website are automatically enrolled in and approved for the Program. No separate application or approval is required. To take part in the Program you must be at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and you must provide accurate and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
PeptiNova reserves the right to suspend or remove any Affiliate from the Program at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
How the Program Works
Once enrolled, you receive a unique coupon code and/or referral link and access to an affiliate dashboard where you can view your referrals, orders, and earnings.
When a customer places an order using your coupon code or referral link, the order is attributed to you. Referral links are tracked with a cookie that lasts 30 days. If a customer uses a different affiliate’s code or link, or clears their cookies, the order may not be attributed to you.
Each customer’s order is attributed to one Affiliate only. PeptiNova’s tracking records are final in determining which orders qualify.
Commissions
You earn a commission on qualifying orders. The commission rate is the same for all Affiliates and is shown in your affiliate dashboard. PeptiNova may change the commission rate at any time, and any change applies equally to all Affiliates and only to orders placed after the change.
Commission is calculated on the order amount after discounts, and does not include shipping, taxes, or fees.
Commission is earned only on orders that are paid and completed. Commission is reversed or withheld for orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, found to be fraudulent, or placed in violation of these Terms.
Payouts
Commissions are paid ONLY as store credit applied to your PeptiNova account. PeptiNova does not pay commissions in cash, by check, bank transfer, PayPal, gift card, cryptocurrency, or any other form, and will never offer any other payout method. By participating in the Program, you agree to accept store credit as your sole form of payment. Store credit can be applied to purchases on the Website, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable.
PeptiNova may set minimum balances, review periods, and payout schedules. Payouts may be delayed or withheld while an order or account is under review.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings. PeptiNova may request tax information from you before issuing a payout where required by law.
Customer Discounts
Your coupon code may give customers a discount on their order. You may not alter, combine, or advertise the code in a way that is not authorized by PeptiNova. Promotions and discounts may be changed or ended at any time.
Permitted Promotion
You may promote PeptiNova through your own website, social media accounts, email list, videos, and other channels you own or control, as long as your promotion is truthful, lawful, and consistent with these Terms.
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with PeptiNova whenever you promote it, for example by stating that you earn a commission on purchases made with your code or link. You are responsible for complying with all advertising and endorsement rules that apply to you, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines.
Research Use Only Compliance
All PeptiNova products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption. Your promotion must reflect this at all times.
You must not claim or imply, in any way, that PeptiNova products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition, that they are safe or effective for human use, or that they are dietary supplements, drugs, or medical products. You must not give dosing, injection, or personal-use instructions, share personal use results, or describe PeptiNova products as being for human use.
You may only direct your promotion to adults aged 21 and over. You must not target minors.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Place orders for yourself or use your own code or link to receive commission (self-referral), or place orders through relatives, household members, or accounts you control to earn commission.
- Post your coupon code on public coupon, deal, or cashback websites, or in browser extensions, unless PeptiNova has given you written permission.
- Bid on or purchase search advertising for PeptiNova’s brand name, trademarks, or variations of them, or register domain names or social media handles that use them.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, text messages, or other spam, or use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
- Impersonate PeptiNova or suggest that you are an employee, agent, or official representative of PeptiNova.
- Use fake accounts, bots, cookie stuffing, or any other method to create false or fraudulent referrals.
- Make medical, health, or human-use claims about PeptiNova products as described above.
- Promote PeptiNova on any content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program, loss of unpaid commissions, reversal of commissions already paid, and any other remedies available to PeptiNova.
Use of PeptiNova Brand and Materials
PeptiNova grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PeptiNova name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely to promote the Program. You may not modify them or use them in any other way without written permission. All rights in the PeptiNova name, logos, product names, images, and content remain with PeptiNova, and you may not claim ownership of or register any of them.
Your Information and Privacy
We collect and use your personal information, such as your name, email address, and Program activity, to run the Program, track referrals, credit commissions as store credit, and communicate with you. We handle this information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must handle any customer information you receive or see through the Program in compliance with applicable privacy laws and may not use it for any purpose other than the Program.
Independent Relationship
You are an independent participant and not an employee, partner, agent, franchisee, or joint venturer of PeptiNova. You have no authority to make statements, promises, or agreements on PeptiNova’s behalf and are responsible for your own costs and expenses.
Term and Termination
These Terms start when you register an account and continue until ended by either party. You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us. PeptiNova may end or suspend your participation, or end the Program entirely, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you must stop all promotion of PeptiNova and remove any PeptiNova materials from your channels. Valid, unpaid commissions earned before termination remain payable, except where termination is because of a violation of these Terms or fraud.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available.” PeptiNova makes no guarantee about the amount of traffic, sales, or earnings you may achieve, and earnings are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptiNova and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, arising out of or related to the Program. PeptiNova’s total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the commissions you earned in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptiNova from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your promotion of PeptiNova, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and take effect when posted. Your continued participation in the Program after a change means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
